How is my child’s book personalized?

Each book is customized using your child’s name, age range, strengths, challenges, and photos to create a story that feels personal and relatable.

Do I need a formal diagnosis to create a book?

No. Parents can share parts of their diagnosis or answer guided questions about their child’s traits, needs, and strengths.

What neurodivergent profiles do you support?

We support the full spectrum across autism (ASD), ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, dyscalculia, dysgraphia, Tourette syndrome, and sensory processing disorders.

Does the book focus on strengths as well as challenges?

Yes. Every story balances strengths, growth, and support needs without defining a child by a label.

Is the story different for different ages?

Yes. Stories are written differently for ages 6–9 and 10–12 to match emotional and reading levels.

Can siblings each get their own book?

Yes. Each child’s book is created individually based on their unique profile.

Age, Tone & Emotional Safety

Is this book appropriate for my child’s age?

Yes. The tone, language, and themes are adapted to your selected age range.

Does the book label my child by a diagnosis?

No. Diagnoses are treated as context, not identity. The focus is understanding and growth.

Will this make my child feel different?

The goal is the opposite — to normalize experiences and help kids feel understood, not singled out.

Is the book for kids or parents?

It’s written for kids, but designed to spark meaningful conversations with parents.

 Photos, Privacy & Data

What kind of photos can I upload?

Upload photos of your child that shows their face clearly (full body preferred). 

Are my child’s photos and information secure?

Yes. All data is handled securely and used only to create your book.

Do you share or reuse uploaded data or images?

No. Your content is never shared, reused, or sold.

Preview, Editing & Approval

Can I preview the book before printing?

Yes. You’ll see a partial preview so you know what you’re getting before the book go to press.

Can I ask for changes after seeing the preview?

Yes. Simply provide feedback within 24 hours of your order to request any changes on the way the character is represented or to change the theme.

Printing, Shipping & Delivery

Is this a physical book or digital?

Currently, books are printed and shipped. 

How long does it take to receive the book?

Our books are custom 1 of 1 and are usually printed within 5-7 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, international shipping is available in most regions.

Can this be sent as a gift?

Yes. It’s a popular gift, and no sensitive details appear on the packaging.

Each book is uniquely created using personalization, custom storytelling, and printing.

What is your refund policy?

Because books are personalized, refunds are limited, but we’ll always work with you if something feels wrong.
